This 18 acre organic care farm supports and trains people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and those with varying needs to improve their abilities alongside organic produce and plants. This project will create a new fully functioning commercial training kitchen in the Farm’s tea barn so the surplus seasonal produce can be used to create secondary products fit for sale in the Prospect’s Trust’s on-site farmshop. From seed to harvest to plate our Co-workers will take their produce and turn it into new products, learning important new skills along the way.
