The project will expand its services to a further four market towns in Norfolk, developing them into dementia friendly communities where people with dementia are supported to maintain their daily routines such as shopping, visiting a cafe or library. They will also offer personal contact with local businesses, organisations and partnerships, dementia toolkits, bespoke dementia training sessions and ongoing local community support to raise awareness.
